The sale of East Kilbridge Shopping Centre by the Scottish Retail Property Limited Partnership offered a rare opportunity to acquire a shopping centre which provided the entire town centre retail offer. A centre of true scale, a dynamic business offering a huge range of fashion, food and entertainment.
WHAT WE DID
We were appointed on this project to deliver a bespoke brochure design which would be used to sell the 1.2 million sq ft shopping centre. The bespoke brochure our design team produced was filled with artistic photography of the shopping centre, custom drawn maps and charts and included detailed in-depth analysis of the site’s healthy financial standings, along with information about the area’s unique history and heritage.
