Creativeworld was approached by a new client, MMX Retail, to develop a new marketing strategy for the sale of the Haymarket Towers shopping centre based in Leicester. The property offered the unique chance to secure a substantial, 100% prime retail parade in a Top 10 UK city.
As with any investment of this calibre, it was vital to capture all its unique character and benefits which would allow potential suitors to see what the development had to offer as a retail experience. Our in-house design team produced a whole library of creative location and internal photography for use in the brochure and as part of our bespoke online property investment data rooms.
