WorkWell Programme
Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB
01. The Brief
Creativeworld supported the WorkWell Programme, which helps people who have experienced mental health challenges overcome barriers and take steps towards returning to work.
Working alongside the Programme Manager, we supported the development of a campaign designed to raise awareness of WorkWell and encourage people to find out more about the support available to them.
02. The Solution
Creativeworld worked closely with the WorkWell Programme Manager to understand the audience and develop a campaign that would connect with people who had experienced mental health challenges and were looking to return to work.
We carried out audience research and created surveys to gather feedback and understand what messaging and creative approaches would resonate with the target audience. The findings helped shape the campaign’s creative direction and ensured the communications were informed by the people the programme was designed to support.
From this research, we developed a range of inclusive marketing assets across digital and print channels, including social media content, posters, leaflets, banner stands, SMS messaging and press-ready GIFs.
The campaign used clear, accessible and supportive messaging, with a consistent visual identity across each channel. This helped WorkWell communicate its purpose clearly and encourage people to find out more about the support available.
We also created an easy-to-understand visual evaluation report, transforming the campaign data and results into clear visuals. This gave the WorkWell team a straightforward way to understand the findings, review campaign performance and demonstrate its impact.
By combining audience research, creative development, campaign delivery and evaluation, Creativeworld supported WorkWell throughout the campaign journey and helped make its marketing communications accessible to the people it was designed to reach.
