Community Health Partnerships
01. The Brief
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) approached Creativeworld to replace existing signage and introduce new signage across Grand Union Village.
The aim was to refresh the environment for patients, visitors and staff, while making it easier for people to navigate the buildings and find their way to the correct floors and rooms.
02. The Solution
Creativeworld worked closely with the CHP team, carrying out a site survey and walking around the buildings to assess the existing signage and identify where replacements or new signs were needed.
Following the survey, we made recommendations to improve the signage throughout the site, focusing on clear, modern designs that would support wayfinding and create a more consistent look.
We then managed the project from design and print through to installation, delivering a range of updated signage, including wayfinding boards displaying floor numbers and door signs to help patients and visitors navigate the buildings more easily.
By combining practical wayfinding with a fresh, modern design, we helped improve the overall appearance of Grand Union Village while making the environment more welcoming and accessible for everyone using the facilities.

03. The Results
The signage project gave Grand Union Village a fresh, updated appearance, creating a more welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.
The introduction of clear wayfinding boards, floor numbering and door signs also helped make it easier for people to navigate the buildings and locate the services they needed. By improving both the appearance and functionality of the signage, the project supported a more positive experience for visitors and a refreshed working environment for staff.
