01. The Brief
Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) required a comprehensive digital resource hub to support maternity staff across the entire regional system. The objective was to create a centralised platform that would facilitate onboarding, provide clinical support, and offer learning and development resources. Additionally, the platform needed to house information for both staff and families, ensuring easy access to relevant materials across the region.
The resource hub also needed to align with the overarching vision and strategies of the maternity system. Developed in collaboration with local universities, healthcare professionals, and specialist educational teams, the platform had to be both functional and user-friendly, ensuring staff could seamlessly navigate and access information when needed.

Understanding the unique needs of the maternity system, we worked closely with Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB and its stakeholders to design and develop a bespoke digital platform.
