Newground Together wanted to create a more engaging and positive environment for its employees, while also communicating its values and attracting new volunteers.

Creativeworld was asked to support with signage, design and print, creating a range of visual communications for both the workplace and wider audiences.

03. The Solution

Creativeworld created an engaging volunteer leaflet, designed to capture attention and encourage people to find out more about volunteering with Newground Together.

We also developed and designed window vinyls to bring the organisation’s identity into its workplace. These featured team photography alongside Newground Together’s tagline, helping showcase the people behind the organisation and what it stands for.

To give the workplace a fresh feel, we installed colourful wall vinyls throughout the space, bringing energy and personality into the working environment.

We also incorporated Newground Together’s business values into the designs, giving employees a visible reminder of their shared goals and the role they play within the organisation.

The combination of vibrant visuals, team photography and values-based messaging helped transform the workplace into a more engaging environment while creating a consistent visual identity across Newground Together’s communications.
