Barnfield Homes wanted to update its property brochures and create a stronger marketing tool to showcase its portfolio.
Creativeworld was asked to gather and organise the relevant property information, refresh the design and produce high-quality brochures that could be shared with others across the industry.

Barnfield Homes has a varied portfolio covering industrial, residential and commercial properties, so the brochures needed to present a range of sites in a clear and consistent way.
The existing information also needed to be brought together and transformed into a professional marketing asset that could effectively showcase the properties to potential customers, partners and others within the industry.

Creativeworld started by gathering and organising content for Barnfield Homes’ properties, bringing the information together into a clear and consistent format.
We then transformed the property information into a professional marketing asset, showcasing Barnfield Homes’ industrial, residential and commercial sites and making it easier to share their portfolio with others across the industry.
A new design was developed for the brochures, giving them a fresh and professional look while making the property information easy to navigate and understand.
Once the design was complete, Creativeworld printed the brochures to the required quality, creating a high-quality finished product that Barnfield Homes could use to promote its properties and share with industry contacts.
