Olivia Completes Her Apprenticeship!
Olivia joined Creativeworld in February and has now successfully completed her marketing apprenticeship. Over the past year, she has built a strong foundation in strategic, data-led marketing while gaining hands-on experience across real client projects in the education, healthcare and public sectors.
Throughout her apprenticeship, completed in partnership with Now Skills, Olivia developed key skills in campaign planning, content creation and performance analysis. She applied quantitative analysis by reviewing website data, LinkedIn analytics and engagement metrics to identify trends and inform future content strategy. This insight has helped strengthen our approach to optimising campaigns and focusing on high-performing channels.
Olivia also expanded her understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing through her involvement in major rebrand projects, including The Alternative School Trust and Romero Catholic Academy Trust. She supported the coordination of brand assets, content creation, and the delivery of consistent messaging across websites, prospectuses, signage and digital platforms.
Beyond campaign delivery, Olivia demonstrated real initiative — researching relevant tender opportunities, planning content calendars, building organised client asset systems, and supporting the early stages of client meetings. She also contributed to increasing online engagement, building new LinkedIn connections, and supporting review generation to help strengthen brand credibility.
“I’m really grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve had at Creativeworld. I’m excited to continue developing my skills and building my experience.”
– Olivia
Her apprenticeship has been a clear example of learning through experience — applying theory directly to live projects while growing in confidence, accountability and strategic thinking. We’re incredibly proud of the progress Olivia has made and the value she has added to the Creativeworld team.
“It’s been a pleasure working with Olivia and being part of her journey. She’s made a real contribution to our health, education and housing campaigns, as well as our tender work, and continues to grow in confidence and capability.”
– David Bennett, Account Director
We look forward to seeing her continue to grow and build on the strong foundations developed during her apprenticeship.
