Grand Central is a new super prime shopping centre at the heart of Birmingham, the UK’s ‘Second City’.
The new circa 500,000 sq ft shopping centre will accommodate a department store and more than 40 premium quality retailers.

We were exclusively appointed by the DTZ Retail Investment Team to create a new set of traditional and digital marketing particulars for this exciting new opportunity.
As part of this portfolio came the production of a unique luxury brochure to match the architecture and design of the investment.
The outer cover of the brochure featured a Carbon-X finish and two tone foiling, while the end papers included a themed skodix finish.
