PA / Administrator

We are looking to recruit to our Sales and marketing team, ideally experienced in the creative sector, working closely with clients within the public sector.

Working within a dedicated team to support, plan and deliver on our three year business development and sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member, keen to develop and progress within our business, a self-starter and a good communicator. Proficient in Microsoft packages

(Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint) and knowledge of the marketing world.

The role will be based at our Headquarters in Lancashire, providing general sales support to the field sales team, account directors and account managers, this is likely to include:

  • Liaising and building relationships with clients, staff and business partners
  • Day to day liaison regarding deliveries, quotes, progress of jobs, amends, sorting orders, job docket information, mock ups and any other tasks requested by the sales and marketing teams
  • Preparing purchase order to suppliers and managing the progress of jobs against deadlines
  • Proactive team member, seeking and responding to enquiries effectively
  • Use of the MIS system – Quoting, booking in, scheduling, orders, progression of jobs, proofing to client, final costing
  • Support the development of other team members
  • Liaising with and reporting to management in regular team meetings
  • Database development for campaign communications

Requirements and skills:

  • Passionate and keen to develop within the business
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and flexible to business needs
  • Good level of English
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing solutions as well as traditional are not essential but would be of benefit

Experienced Freelance Designers

We are currently looking for local Experienced Freelance Designers to immediately start work on a number of projects.

 The projects predominantly involve the creation of digital and print brochures as well as designing marketing assets for use across social, web, email and more.

 You will need to be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and have excellent attention to detail. 

 Experience of property marketing would be advantageous.

Business Development Manager

With experience in Public Sector marketing and communications projects.
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our service offering and continue to build our public sector clientele.
Working within a dedicated team to support, plan and deliver on our three year business development and sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable growth in specific sectors and nurture strong partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop a growth strategy
  • Build on existing experience and identify new markets and customer needs
  • Working closely with our marketing team to create opportunities, arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Assessing our products/services and addressing clients’ needs/ objectives
  • Self generate leads and opportunities based on our existing portfolio
  • Research and prepare proposals and present to clients, our solution to support their needs
  • Build long-term relationships with our team, new and existing customers
  • Support the development of other team members
  • Have input into the sales and marketing process
  • Liaising with and reporting to management in regular team meetings
  • Keep up to date with new technologies, market conditions, trends and consulting with others across the organisation

Requirements and skills:

  • Passionate about achieving client’s KPI’s and objectives to support their programmes of work
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
