Overgate shopping centre offered investors a unique opportunity to acquire a thriving, modern, dominant scheme in one of the UK’s most exciting cities. The scheme provides a fashion-focused offer, anchored by Debenhams and Primark. Other key retailers include Topshop, Superdry, River Island and Next.
WHAT WE DID
When instructed on a job of this scale, it’s important to first identify what is required and to act on it swiftly, something our team are more than capable of doing. A 36 page case bound, oversized A4 brochure was produced by our team, filled with location and amenity photography of the site, custom designed maps and charts, detailed in-depth analysis of the scheme’s financial standings, along with information about the area’s unique history and heritage.
ONLINE MARKETING AND DATA ROOM
To complement the printed marketing a custom built interactive website and data room was designed and developed for the investment. The site included a selection of fully downloadable documents, which can be accessed through a secure login system. All downloads can be monitored through a statistics segment, with site traffic readily available to the vendor when called upon, allowing them to monitor the activity of interested parties. The printed brochure was also created in an interactive format, making it easily accessible.
