ABOUT THE SCHEME
The property comprises an attractive Grade II listed 38 unit Victorian retail arcade that was originally built in 1876 at basement, ground and first floor levels. A separate over-sailing six storey office was constructed post-war at the Colmore Row end of the arcade.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
When instructed on a job of this caliber, it’s important to first identify what is required to best showcase the property and to then act on it swiftly, something Team creative are more than capable of doing. It was decided that the scheme would benefit from the creation of a newly designed brochure.
The bespoke oversize A4 brochure was filled with exciting new photography of the investment, custom maps and charts, a detailed in-depth analysis of the scheme’s financial standings, along with information about the area’s unique history and heritage.
