The Metrocentre is one of only eight Super Regional Malls in England and is the largest of the Super Regional Malls and is currently ranked 4th in the UK Mall Score Rankings.
WHAT WE DID
This exclusive investment opportunity required a host of high quality material producing in order to best represent its unique character; this included a lay flat finish 44 page brochure with a textured board and a silver foiling to the outer. Our studio team took inspiration from the iconic Angel of the North, one of Newcastle’s most recognised landmarks.
To complement the printed material came the creation of a secure data room which featured a time lapse video of the investment, produced to represent the vibrancy and personality of the shopping centre.
