A leading dental group consisting of 6 practices based throughout the UK; Darwenside Dental, John Holmes Dental, Coleshill Dental Centre, The Dental Team Manchester, Havelock Dental Practice and Cantley Dental Centre, all provide NHS and private treatment covering general and cosmetic dentistry services. They share a key aim across the group of ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of comfort and care, whilst maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement in the standard of their services.
Following Creativeworld’s successful full service marketing work for Darwenside Dental; developing a complete re-brand involving stakeholder engagement, creation of a new website, as well as aligned digital and offline marketing collateral, targeted marketing campaigns and social media management, the Darwen practice later became part of a larger dental group. This leading dentistry group subsequently approached and commissioned us to utilise our extensive healthcare and dental marketing expertise. The group required our help to bring all of their practices in line with Darwenside Dental from a branding perspective, as well as support them in achieving consistent marketing and external brand perceptions across the full group.
The key aim of the Darwenside Dental re-brand was to move away from a purely clinical look and feel, to instead portray the practice as a provider of private and cosmetic dentistry services on an equal level as to their standard NHS dental offering. Creativeworld carried out thorough stakeholder engagement and created a vibrant, clean and professional new brand style which achieved this requirement, hence the other practices in the group were to be modelled upon Darwenside. We created complimentary brand colours for each practice to achieve differentiation, whilst utilising the same design and styling, clearly illustrating their connection as a group.
A leading element of this project was developing new websites for each practice; all created with consistent branding, design and sitemaps to set in stone the relation between practices from an external point of view. The website is a main hub for the practices’ current and future customers, presenting the best opportunity to showcase the brand as both an NHS and private dentistry service. Creativeworld additionally content managed all six websites for the group on a continuous basis, saving the practices’ time and resource internally, enabling them to maintain and update their website content without any hassle.
Alongside the websites, we set-up relevant social media channels for all six practices to increase brand awareness and manage these for the full group on an ongoing basis; creating and scheduling posts, including templates and content suitable for sharing across all 6 practices, therefore, helping to cement the group connection and alignment of services.
Other digital elements we have implemented and managed, include a bespoke online feature called the ‘Smile Assessment’ tool which is used on all practice websites, allowing patients to upload a photo of their current smile and submit to the team of experts at their nearest practice, who then review and respond with advice and recommendations of their available services to address the patient’s individual concerns. Creativeworld have also developed and manage a PPC (pay per click) campaign in line with one particular practice’s requirements to heavily promote sedation dentistry.
